July update: More bulk actions and improvements

At Properteasy, we’ve been busy making our compliance management software even better.

Based on your feedback, we’ve improved existing features and added new ones to help you work more efficiently.

Here are some of the most exciting updates we’ve recently released.

1. Bulk Actions

We’ve introduced bulk actions a while ago, but listening to your feedback, we’ve added more bulk actions to speed up your workflow even more. Here are some of the bulk actions you can now perform.

Bulk Actions on Properties

• Bulk Add/Remove Labels - Streamline the process of organizing properties by adding or removing labels in bulk.
• Bulk Add Comment - Save time by adding comments to multiple properties at once, useful if you are managing a block of apartments.
• Bulk Archive/Unarchive - Simplify property management by archiving or unarchiving multiple properties at once.

Bulk Actions on Properties for admins only:

• Bulk Upload Attachments - Speed up the process of attaching files to multiple properties.
• Bulk Change Manager - Quickly update the manager for multiple properties.
• Bulk Change Portfolio - Efficiently reassign properties to different portfolios in bulk.
• Bulk Disable Gas - Disable gas tracking for a block of apartments at once.

Bulk Actions on Tasks

• Bulk Add/Remove Labels - Quickly manage labels on multiple tasks at once.
• Bulk Complete - Mark multiple tasks as completed in one go.
• Bulk Assign - Assign multiple tasks to the same user simultaneously.
• Bulk Reopen - Reopen multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bulk Add Comment - Streamline communication by adding comments to multiple tasks at once.

2. Property Attachments Improvements

Having a simple but flexible way to** manage documents** is crucial for efficient compliance management. Can you quickly find a document when you need it? With our updated folders structure and search, you will never lose a document again.

• Drag and Drop Attachments to Properties - Easily upload attachments to properties using drag-and-drop functionality.
• Create Folders for Property Attachments - Organize attachments within a property using a tree structure for better management.
• Search Attachments - Quickly find attachments by searching for keywords.
• Preview PDF Attachments - View PDF attachments directly within Properteasy without downloading them.

3. Admin Improvements

• Archiving a property - When a property is archived, all outstanding tasks are also archived and comment is added to the property and the tasks. You have also the option to receive an email with all outstanding tasks. This is great for a seamless handover process.
• Deactivating a user - When a user is deactivated, he will be automatically logged out and will not be able to log in again. This is a quick way to remove access to the system for users who are no longer part of your team.

4. Other Improvements

• Improved Performance - We’ve made several performance improvements to make the software faster and more responsive.
• Bug Fixes - We’ve addressed several bugs reported by users to ensure a smoother experience.
