January Update: PropertyMe Integration Enhancements
Based on user feedback, we've enhanced the PropertyMe integration to make it even more efficient.
Happy New Year! We hope you are off to a great start and ready to make 2025 your best year yet.
To kick off the year, let’s explore some of the improvements we’ve made to the PropertyMe integration.
We’ve listened to your feedback and understand that every click counts. That’s why we’ve enhanced the PropertyMe integration to make it even more efficient.
What’s New?
1. Easier Creation of PropertyMe Jobs
Creating PropertyMe jobs is now simpler than ever. You can create a PropertyMe job directly when creating a task.

How it works:
- When creating a task, you can now select the Create job option for PropertyMe
- If you check Assign job to supplier and select your supplier, the job will be automatically created, approved, and assigned in PropertyMe
- If you have automatic supplier emails enabled in PropertyMe, these will be sent automatically
What previously required two separate actions can now be done in one step.
2. Task Form Enhancements
When creating a task, selecting a Related compliance will automatically set the due date to match the compliance expiry date.

If you create a PropertyMe job, it will inherit the same due date.
Multiple compliances? No problem. When a task and job relate to multiple compliances, the due date will automatically be set to the earliest compliance expiry date.
Subject and description are now automatically filled in based on the selected compliance.
This enhancement will save you time entering due dates, subject and description manually.
Plus we have added attachments to tasks, so you can now attach files to tasks for easy reference.
3. Bulk Task Creation
Need to create the same task for multiple properties? Our new bulk creation feature saves you time when managing multiple units, such as apartments in a block.

How it works:
- Search for the property address
- Select all relevant apartments (up to 25)
- Click on Bulk Actions
- Select Create task
You’ll see the familiar task creation form, but now your task will be created for all selected properties simultaneously.
Plus, if you choose to Create job in PropertyMe, it will automatically create jobs for all selected properties!
Combine this with the task form enhancements feature and you’ll be able to create PropertyMe jobs for multiple properties in a matter of seconds.
4. Bulk Job Assignment
Sometimes you might create tasks for expiring compliances without knowing which supplier to use. Now you can easily bulk assign jobs later when you’re ready.

How it works:
- Select multiple tasks that have PropertyMe jobs
- Click on Bulk Actions
- Choose Assign jobs to
Our system will locate all related PropertyMe jobs and assign them to your chosen supplier.
While you may not need this feature if you assign jobs during task creation, it’s a valuable time-saver when bulk updates are needed.
5. Bugfixes and performance improvements

We’ve also fixed a few bugs and improved the performance of Properteasy.
AI suggestions for expiry dates are now using the most recent AI model, which should improve the accuracy of the suggested due dates.
